Patients and the public have been at the heart of decision making for many years in Principia giving it a natioal reputation for Patient and Public Involvement (PPI). This is something that we are keen to build on as we move forward as Principia Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group. In the new structure Principia Rushcliffe will have a Patient Cabinet with links to the Clinical Cabinet and Clinical Commissioning Forum. The Patient Cabinet will report directly to the Principia Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body.
Membership of the Principia Rushcliffe Patient Cabinet is subject to a nominations and voting, which is currently underway. The group will have the following representatives:
