Complaints

Anyone who is or has been receiving NHS treatment can access the NHS complaints procedure, including relatives and carers of patients. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing.

Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS)

If you consider that you require assistance or support in making a complaint about the NHS you may wish to contact the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS). ICAS are independent of the NHS, their services being both confidential and free of charge.
