Don't let the drink sneak up on you

Change4Life has a new nationwide campaign to warn people that drinking over the lower-risk alcohol guidelines can seriously impact their long-term health. It is now available to view on http://www.nhs.uk/Change4Life/Pages/change-for-life-adults.aspx

It includes handy hints and tips on how people can cut down – such as drink free days, not drinking at home before they go out, swapping to low-alcohol or alcohol free drinks or simply using smaller glasses.

There are new resources to support the campaign, including a new online drinks checker to help people check  how much they are drinking and work out whether they need to cut down and a Don’t let the drink sneak up on you leaflet – available to order free from DH Order line
